Our process
- Investigate: site inspection, and engineering and specialist input, to establish the cause, not just the symptom.
- Scope: a defined rectification scope and methodology, with cost and programme agreed before works start.
- Rectify: coordinated specialist trades. Waterproofing to AS 3740 (wet areas) and AS 4654 (external above-ground membranes) where applicable.
- Verify: QA inspections, documentation and handover, so the asset is protected long term.
Who we work for
Commercial owners and asset managers, including remedial and insurance-related works for McDonald's departments, as well as owners of premium residential properties in Melbourne's inner east. On residential projects, building works are carried out by Formah Commercial Group as the registered builder (DB-U 44746), with PDC providing project management. Domestic building insurance is arranged where required.
