Who we are

This policy applies to Property Development Concepts Pty Ltd (ABN 59 668 340 341) (“PDC”), which provides project management, and to its related entity Formah Commercial Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 689 827 147) (“Formah”), the registered builder that carries out building works (Reg. DB-U 44746). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to both.

What we collect

When you enquire about our services, we may collect:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • your property’s suburb or address
  • details of your project, including scope, budget range and preferred timing
  • any photos, plans or documents you choose to send us

How we collect it

We collect personal information when you:

  • submit a form on our website or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form
  • email or call us
  • meet with us on site

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
  • prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
  • manage and deliver your project
  • keep records required by law, including building and consumer law

We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to deliver your project, including:

  • between PDC and Formah
  • with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers involved in quoting or carrying out your works
  • with insurers, including for domestic building insurance
  • with building surveyors and regulators where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Facebook and Instagram

If you enquire through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta Platforms collects and processes that information under its own privacy policy, and passes your submitted details to us.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
