Matthew is the Managing Director of Property Development Concepts and takes personal accountability for every project the firm delivers. With extensive experience across commercial fitout, remedial works, and capital works delivery throughout Victoria, he brings structured project governance and genuine accountability to every engagement.

His background in security and the military instilled a methodical, high-standards approach that now underpins PDC's delivery methodology — from detailed front-end planning and contractor selection through to cost control, programme management, and practical completion.

Matthew manages all client relationships directly, supported by a trusted network of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and specialist contractors developed over more than a decade in the industry. Clients return to PDC because of the transparency, rigour, and consistency he brings to every project.

Li is the Director of Business Development at Property Development Concepts, bringing a background spanning finance, banking, HR, and senior management roles across blue-chip corporate environments. Her commercial acumen and structured approach to relationship management complement Property Development Concepts project delivery capability — ensuring the firm's business foundations are as strong as the projects it delivers.

Li leads PDC's business development activity and new client engagement, building the firm's network of clients, consultants, and industry partners across Victoria. She works closely with prospective clients from initial enquiry through to project brief, ensuring every engagement begins with a clear understanding of the client's objectives and expectations.

Li's combination of financial literacy, people skills, and genuine commitment to client outcomes makes her an integral part of the Property Development Concepts team.
